Via Dolorosa
Last Sunday after worship, I felt a bit sick due to the unknown flu/stomach flu/whatever. I felt so power-less and sat on the church bench, listening to the girls chatting. Suddenly I was attracted by a song a pianist was playing. I saw that three girls were praticing an upcoming choir performance for Easter. I found the song very familiar, so I asked the pianist what the song is about. She told me that it's a song called 「苦傷路上」 and then gave me this name "Via Dolorecca". After a bit of googling, I found that it's actually a song called "Via Dolorosa".
I then listened to the song from a site, and my sister told me that she once sang this in her church choir. I then realized that the reason I found this song familiar is because the church choir practiced in my home before! No wonder!
LH told me last night that our choir will sing a lot of hymns this year to remember how Jesus put up his life for us. Regarding the news recently about Jesus tomb, I followed it closely. The first day I read the information about this James Cameron documentary, I immediately prayed to God. I prayed to Jesus that our faith will be on Him because I know He lives. I pray that His will be done, and please come back soon.
Once again, bringing this song to you... Via Dolorosa:

Toy Story I : Saint Seiya 聖衣神話
When I was nine years old, one day I went to a place which rents Japanese Anime tapes. I looked up to the TV screen, and it's showing some men, wearing metal armors, fighting on a stage. I was watching it for 15 mins, then asked the 哥哥 at the counter what this show is about. He told me that it's a show called Saint Seiya (聖鬥士星矢). This marked my first day watching the show, and also marked my long relationship with this excellent Japanese Anime!!!
A while ago, I noticed that this comic's last series - The Hades Series, was finally made as OVA by Toei. I was so overly excited. Not only the series was finally animated, but then A TONNES OF TOYS WERE RELEASED TO THE MARKET, AND STARTED ROBBING THE HEART OF MANY PEOPLE FROM AGE 26 - 32!!!!!
Originally I was not tempted; however, finally I bought two figures : Kraken Isaac and Gemini Saga. Thanks to my friend DL and KC who successfully put me into this POISONOUS TRAP!
Anyhow...You may be wondering why I will buy Kraken Isaac, a character which just showed up for couple episodes? The classic Kraken Isaac was actually the first Saint Seiya model I bought before I left Hong Kong, so to me it is quite special :-)
Last time I had a chance to talk to MT. We think that the reason the Saint Seiya figures bring such a great hit is because the people who will buy the figure did not get a chance to buy the classic figures when they were young. Now these people are making money, so they start to buy the toys of their dreams. Last Saturday I finally had a chance to assemble Kraken Isaac, and then I was crazy enough to take some pics of it.
